I have been attending school for 16 years now. Politics come and go. Elementary: First day of class, we have to vote for our class president. I won. But one classmate got angry during the nomination. “eh, ma’am, hindi naman talaga nila binibilang eh…” And that’s the first political threat I experienced. High school: I never knew how I became one of the Junior and Senior Council. Though it seems cool that time, I dunno how I belonged to those in Royal Blood group. I could say that, since I am the “most responsible” with regard the “trabahong royal,” I learned how to deal with 22 sections composed of 50-60 students. Wonder how I made it? I dunno. College: I never experienced the FEUCSO and Institute-Student Council election. I do not vote. Being senior and an Advocate, I have been aware of the issues raised by the students – plus the so-called planned activities of those trying hard politicians. The FEUCSO President, yeah… I liked her. She makes my day. She puts all her flaws into one box. Heard of president who always asks “Pardon?” I wonder if she’s deaf or something. She is an epitome of ‘mediocre’ and ‘poser’. Planning to re-elect? Nah, assess yourself before you decide on that, alright?
*will continue this after “Through the lense” lay-out*
